The Next Episode – Dr Dre 

Hold up, hey For my friends who be thinkin' we soft, we don't play We gon' rock it 'til the wheels fall off Hold up, hey  Na de Integratie Tour NL in 2020, De Tour de Champagne in 2021, gaat The BLCKSQD opnieuw on Tour. Op 13 juni 2024 fietsen wij in de Tour du ALS de Mont Ventoux 2 maal op. Met deze tour willen wij zo veel mogelijk geld ophalen voor de Stichting ALS.  The BLCKSQD bestaat uit (ex)rugbyers van RC Delft en RC Breda en wij zijn mooiweer fietsers in hart en nieren. Wij combineren graag  the social ride met een goede lunch van onze vaste traiteur, mechanic en soigneur Ricardo. Het wielerteam is, zoals dat gaat bij the BLCKSQD, ook deze editie met de Franse slag bij elkaar geformeerd: Naast Ricardo (Soigneur, Traiteur en Mechanic) rijden: Rob (Sprinter), Eelke (Puncheur), Kamassan (Bergspecialist), Marvin (All-Rounder) en Lucas (Knecht) op donderdag 13 juni 2x de Kale berg op!  “De weg is vrij om door iedereen bereden te worden” (Kaisiepo,  2020). Tour du ALS is the largest event organized by the ALS Netherlands Foundation. Under the slogan “Get on your feet to beat ALS” , hundreds of cyclists, runners and hikers climb the Mont Ventoux together with ALS patients. All participants, volunteers, patients, donors and attendees contribute in the steps towards finding the cause of ALS and ultimately a medicine.
